Strategy: Because of the deuces and joker wild, there are frequent two-way hands. Thus the game is often referred to as Hog It. Anything can happen in this game, such as four or five of a kind, and even royal flushes. The high is rarely won with less than four of a kind. In fact, a low four of a kind often loses the pot. Anything other than a sixty-five in the low department is usually a loser.
Following are playable hands for your first dealt three cards: six or lower, low hole card paired, a pair of aces, kings, queens or jacks, and a three-card straight or flush.
