However, you should always know your opponents when trying a bluff. And it's not worth trying against a player who calls constantly. Since the brutal fact of this Low Five Card Stud is that one card can destroy your hand, many Las Vegas professionals shun the game, saying that it's the only Stud game where luck outclasses skill.

57. High-Low Five Card Stud This game is rarely played today although it's quite an interesting one. In High-Low Five Card Stud, the hands players are going for, either high or low, are quite obvious. In this variation there are no declarations prior to the showdown.
