Do not assume that these players have a weak hand because they keep checking to you. If they are in the hand, they most likely have something that they will not lay down. They will most likely keep calling you down.
It is always a mistake to try to bluff
It is always a mistake to try to bluff a week player. All of your efforts to set up a convincing bluff will be wasted on these players since they may not even paying attention to you, much less trying to put you on a particular hand. They are only concerned with how good their hand may be.
