When playing Stud Poker or one of its variants some cheats deal with one hand only, turning the deck over as the card is dealt so that it comes out face up. Don't let this one-hand action convince you that everything must be on the up and up; a good mechanic can and does deal seconds with one hand just as neatly as with two.
Second dealing isn't worth a plugged nickel unless the cheat knows what the top card is and wants to save it for himself or a confederate, or give it to the player who doesn't want it. It is, for this reason, mostly employed with marked cards although it is also used with a peek, which is explained below.
