Whether to raise and bluff in Draw Poker is determined by the situation involved. A player must take into consideration the temperament of the players with whom he is competing, the amount of money in the pot, the number of cards drawn, and the relative value of the player's own hand. All these factors are learned over years of Poker playing, and so is the faculty of evaluating them correctly. It isn't necessary to do these things perfectly to win money at Poker. All you must do is to play a better Draw Poker game than your opponents.
