There are over 400 licensed and legalized Draw Poker card clubs throughout California, including Sacramento, the state capital. Some of these clubs have been operating since 1936. A number of these clubs have added Pan (a Rummy-type game), only recently legalized.

After scouting Poker clubs here and abroad, I've concluded that Gardena is rightfully the Draw Poker capital of the world. Gardena possesses six multimillion-dollar Poker palaces: the Monterey, Rainbow, Horseshow, Gardena, Eldorado, and Normandy, all of which have the thirty-five Poker tables legally permitted by the city council.
