NEVADA'S POKER ROOMS Nevada, the gambling mecca of the world, harbors some one hundred-odd licensed Poker rooms, which are situated mostly in Nevada's hotel casinos. There are some thirty Poker rooms found in major hotel casinos in Las Vegas, including the Las Vegas Hilton, the M-G-M Grand, Caesars Palace, the Dunes, the Aladdin, the Stardust, the Silver Bird, the Golden Nugget, Holiday Inn and others. Strange but true, the Horseshoe Casino, home of the annual World Series of Poker Tournament, does not harbor a Poker room and permits Poker playing only during the month of May when this tournament takes place.
