In general appearance the hold is the same as adopted by very many players for the excellent purpose of preventing bystanders from getting a glimpse. SKINNING THE HAND When too many cards are held the hand must be sorted, the extra cards brought to top or bottom, the discard palmed and restored, smoothly, rapidly and with movements that are customary.
