Now that the Martingale has been introduced, some may wonder what about the Grand Martingale. Table 7-2 includes such a betting scheme. For the Lose Streaks the bets are: $20, $45, $95, $195, $395. For the Win Streaks the bets are: $20, $11, $8, $10, $15 (a regression followed by a progression). The Average Amount won during the Lose Streaks 2-5W ($200, $120, $70, $40) is large. Compared to Table 51, the Average “Winnings’ per Cycle has risen from $9.44 to $22.13 and the Risk to Average “Winnings” per Cycle has dropped from 67.8 to 33.9! This does not mean that dollar wise the risk is not great at a whopping $750 but for a high roller or a whale who knows?
